Wasn't expecting to be creeped out by this... Both Annie and George's prequels manage to be hilarious and pretty scary in just 5 minutes, even though we know exactly what's supposed to happen - quite an achievment !

Oh. Scary Annie. I wasn't prepared for that. I forgot how awful frightening she could be once she set her mind to it.
It's wonderful, sweet, hilarious, gorgeous Annie but OMG did she scare the crap out of me when she appeared in the bathroom mirror!!
+RogieVixen That was a clever shock scare. But her walking across the landing and down the stairs was creepier.
LOL all I can think of watching this is that time she says the other people that lived there before Mitchell and George found it 'strangely unwelcoming.' XD
And yet she's so nice when you get to know her ;)

Also, it was very strange seeing sweet Annie haunting anybody. And she did a very good job of it, didn't she? I practically peed myself when she walked past the doorway, and the bathroom mirror. Yeesh.
Now I want to see what happened when Mitchell and George first found out that there was someone else already living in the apartment, and when Annie discovered that they could see her. If you please, Toby Whithouse!

as scary as that was on its own, i found it hard to be afraid when they did actually show annie... i mean, come on... its ANNIE! lol!

on the pilot episode though, Lenora and Aiden weren't in it, Russell was still George but some others played Annie and Mitchell. But then they got replaced by Lenora and Aiden in series 1. I'd of like them to of been in the pilot episode though,

I think it had something to do with the BBC waiting too long to commission the series. By the time they did, the contracts were up and Andrea Riseborough and Guy Flanagan were already involved in other projects.

This is like Paranormal Activity, but less scarier! The last part where Annie smiled was brilliant. Showed her sweet disposition...and playfulness as well! :)

'being human' is one of my all time favorite programmes (i've just been rewatching the whole run). this seems kinda wrong though. this doesn't seem like annie before she found out what owen had done. i can't imagine her writing 'get out' in blood.
as soon as i saw the police hat i thought 'herrick' and was hoping we would see him. herrick was an amazing character (especially in the first series).

Agreed. They also swapped actors for Mitchell. Why? The original trio of actors had such a great chemistry.

I preferred the way Mitchell's prequel was shot. I wasn't crazy about this one or George's because of the found footage type of photography. All three should've just been shot normally.

The Annie I know would have never been able to stack those chairs...I mean...I love her to death but she seems like a bit of a cluts. lol
I love that in this prequel she seems to be a menacing and terrifying spirit, but then once you see the episodes you find out that she's really a very sweet girl.
They just showed the season finale on BBC America last week, and I can't wait for the new season.
Nice prequel, though I'd wish they'd gotten in better actors to do it...
This is just great certainly one of the best progs around in a long time. I love the humor and it has great sinister moments.The Actors do a fantastic job and Mitchell is gorgeous! lol.
