OMG! I cannot even imagine.... My husband wasn't feeling confident to hold my first baby for first 3 days (14 yrs ago) and i still tease him for being over cautious. Children are our precious memories.

I laugh at judges who believe in all cases that moms should have custody of child. Now the father should sue the Judge and the courts for failure to give custody away from mom and this is not a murder by mom but the courts.

father is to blame. no matter who killed the kid. she was innocent and did not receive 2.5 laks monthly maintenance. is a ceo and she returned from aboard. its family court judge fault too. when she demand 2.5 laks and total alienation of father then it should have given to her immediately. family court judged are not suppose to go againt women demand. thats the normal practice and i dont know who was that judge gave father 1 day monthly visitation. father should not have any visitation or rights. only paying child support and paying spouse maintenance.

We are social animals.
After delivery, woman go through a lot of physical, mental, emotional trauma. Few have depression..hysteria..etc. marital disputes ruins it more. Then how older generation survived ??
Bcoz they had a support system at home. Apart from young parents, there were grand parents, aunt, uncles.. neighbours.. friends...a big social circle who can share the responsibility of the baby...it relieves mother and gives her time to Come out of any trauma..or work on it.
Today in the name of nuclear family...we throw away old parents. Stay away from families and friends. We think they are a hurdle in our life. We try bringing up kids without anyone around... except parents.
We get used to busy life...hectic jobs..and forget to introspect mental conditions. We hide information from our own families.
Villages still have that social fabric. They have true friends and families...who are ready to take responsibility... happily. This reduces any burden or pain. Ppl feel secured.
Understand in a positive sense. Exceptions exist.

My son is 2.5 years old, as a father I can't even think of hitting on his bum. His one smile melts me, wipes off my tiredness of the workday. Every evening I rush home from work just to see him smile. To kill one's own child takes a lot of bitterness. Children are so precious, innocent and a source of joy. Money is the panacea for all life's ills. So we assume, foolishly. Many have plenty of money like these couple. What had happened to their life ? Their family has been made asunder, though they are well off money wise & intelligence wise.
What was lacking then in them ? Wisdom - practical wisdom. Life itself is suffering, albeit few drops of happiness fall, occasionally. Even that is momentary & not long lasting.
On the contrary, sorrows & sufferings come in torrents & refuse to go away. Atleast so are we made to think as they seem to be stuck for ever with us. This is not exceptional but universal.
Life means family life with the couple coming from different cultural backgrounds & mental makeup. The only possible happiness in life is to accept each other as they are without ego hassle.
It would be difficult for the man to shed his male chauvinism. But that cannot withstand the emotional dimension of female. Female by nature is more emotional yet she is the pivot & pillar of a family. Male should accept her as such.
This factor should be borne in mind by the male. Then life can be happy. No life would be lost. Even if child were alive, it wouldn't go astray. A divided family only makes children go astray.
