@@angli3865 Yeah harsh, he can sing - just sucks that autotune is brought into everything in the past 20? years. Some great singers use autotune for effect, a lot of lazy singers use it, "because they can". Every member of Oneus can sing, can sing beautifully, a couple could potentially rank on the vocal scale as "Above Average" singers (the scale is incredibly harsh - from what I can tell, godlike vocals rank average to above average, so I don't know what gods or demons you have to summon to obtain "good"). In any event, Oneus does not lack for vocals, regardless of what effects are used to produce this one song.

they trained really hard for it, and actually they had a a coach or teacher with them especially for their english version of crazy hot, too, and they did so so well bc all their pronunciation is so well done. there's a lot of sounds not in the korean language (th, z, f, v ) but they mastered it here. i remember when they performed on immortal songs one of the panelists actually complimented keonhee on his pronunciation. the TH sound is hard for koreans. actually 'thriller' in hangul is "스릴러" which if you romanized it would be more like 'seurilleo', an 's' sound not a a "th" sound. anyways i just love linguistics and languages, i'm learning korean very slowly, myself. :D

Okay, but seriously, this is everything! As someone who grew up a huge fan of Michael Jackson, I loved this performance so much, like all of the references to the original video, which is rightfully known as the best MV ever, directed by genius director John Landis, may he rip, was so good…
The fact that they did this at all is awesome and they took a masterpiece and perfectly modernized and changed it in little ways to more suit their audience, and very clever details, and I love that they included the original choreography during the dance break…adding the rap was also smart to help show off their talents…the high notes from Keonhee and Seoho were great, and I love they kept the storyline, but just without the girl cuz knets are crazy, and I think both Keonhee and Seohos’ voices suit the same range as MJs’ voice and that’s why it worked so well…my favorite part was the end where they kept the surprise werewolf eyes reveal, so good, and Seoho looked way too good with those contacts, just love everything about this

I love this cover. I love the way they mixed their own choreography with the original Thriller moves. As someone who was fortunate enough to grow up listening to Michael Jackson while he was still alive, I’m glad new generations are discovering his music. ONEUS should do a whole album of Michael Jackson covers. I would love to hear how they would remake/remix his other songs. Btw, their BLACK MIRROR mv was very much an homage to MJ. Great job, ONEUS!
