- This is the BIGGEST canvas I have used for a Pearlescent Pour and I can't wait for you to see the final creation; but I really want you to enjoy the process. It has a vortex space vibe but I also feel an afterlife feeling. What is your vibe with this piece? I'd love to know.

▶ Technique: Swipe
▶ Canvas size: 40x40 inches
▶ Pouring Medium formula: My paints are mixed with a Pouring Medium for all techniques unless otherwise stated in the video. The ratio I use is 1:3:1 Paint/Medium/Water. I use Floetrol/Owatrol for my medium. For those creations that I use water only (again I will say so in the video so please watch the full video for more details) Water only creations use the ratio of 1:1 paint to water.
▶ Color Palette:
Amsterdam: Pearlescent paint range (blue, violet, white, red, yellow, green)
Pebeo: Paynes Grey (Base)
▶ Hair dryer: When I use a hair dryer I use the Remington D3010 and always use the cool setting and the lowest blow speed.

Oh Mark, this is so precious. I am a big space design fan and it has great space vibes. In my eyes it's a worm hole to another area of the universe which you can see "at the end of the tunnel". Absolutely stunning 🖒💖

Mark... This is one of the most creative works with pearl paints i have seen. I guess it's because i am fascinated by outer space .... But this just tweaks my love of your art and has me planning to do something similar with my pearl paints!!!! Yahooooo!!!!!

I absolutely love this painting because it’s different and I also love working with the pearlescent paints. Alot of times you never know what you’re gonna get and I love surprises, Lol!!! Also, you did ask and I just can’t help myself, so I apologize ahead of time, and if you don’t care for them, I promise you… I will not be offended, lol!!!
I have a few names for you if you choose Chakras melting pot, a Chakra melt, and on a completely different subject is… Baby Saturn, Future baby Saturn or Saturn’s bun. (Saturns bun in the oven)
Just a couple of ideas but then again, you’re good at making up names but either way, I hope you have a fabulous week and looking forward to seeing what you do next!!!😊🤗❤️
I absolutely LOVE your ideas for the names of a piece. Loving the Chakra names and it’s funny because when I painted this I didn’t know one of my friends was pregnant but I’ve now found out they are so Saturn baby 👶 maybe 🤔

Oh Mark I love this. So much depth to this piece and the colours are so vibrant. When you used the sponge brush was the black background dry? Or still slightly wet?
Very slightly wet but no real volume of paint on the base 🤩 Thanks for watching 👀
