- Thanks for joining me this year in this watercolor journaling journey. I hope to paint in my journal most days of the year and invite you to join me. We don't need big resolutions, just gentle intentions to tend to our creative soul a little bit everyday. And learn a little something along the way.

Iris, Ranunculus, Lily of the Valley - great choice of flowers and outline from eye to hand, from pencil to watercolor.
Thank you.
What a fun lesson! The flowers look wonderful!
Thanks for helping with the "Fix"! I usually make it worse by trying to erase it! ❤
You creative soul! This was as freeing to watch as it must have been for you to paint this. The Irises just pop! As does that Ranunculus. Thank you!
Love it! So sweet.
I absolutely love the Irises, they looks so natural! And congratulations on number 90!
❤️
This is so beautiful! I want to try drawing something without looking at the picture.
Thank you, Shana.
Beautiful!!!
Love this! Need to give it a try and hope it turns out well! Thank you!
Beautiful way to start the day!
Thank you. So glad it started your day off right.
Gorgeous colours and love how it came together. One liberating thing I do sometimes is draw with my non-dominant hand. It definitely stops the perfectionist in me!
Thank you for watching. A great suggestion.
I love the looseness of the technique and painting!
L.O.V.E!

Thank you. Your flowers are always lovely
Thank you!
Thank you.
Thanks!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Omg! This is beautiful. I can't believe you didn't lift your pencil to draw this. And I'm so glad you're back. I hope all is well with you and yours. Thanks Shana 😊❤
Very pretty!
Thank you 😊
Nicely done ❤
Thank you. 😊
Lovely… how about using watercolor pencils instead? Would that be a different look?
Good question. I'll be looking for Shana's answer to you suggestion. 🎨
Great question. You definitely could, but it will give it a different look. The watercolor pencils will dissolve and blend with the paint, so whatever color you choose remember it will interact with the color you paint with.
