It was a sick combo but there wasnt a lot to lose both players still had 3 stocks

I like how the ryu combo clip immediately ends with Zelda up b killing right outta spawn
At 5:22 it spiked because at the bottom of command input+long charge powerdunk, there's a spike hit box that can only be hit if it's independent from the rest of the attacks, since the usual last hit box has higher priority. But, if spaced well you can get the spike hit box. The means that the Gordo must have altered Deedeedee's trajectory (only altered because he wasn't knocked out of the multihit and the percent doesn't show DDD being hit by a Gordo) so that he only got hit by the spike hit box, not the normal finisher and the spike hit box (which is what would happen normally). At least, that's what I think.

Jackal’s Cry air dodging a air max guarantees you get hit with a grounded move. Mac’s nair is the fastest nair in the entire game. You air dodge the nair he gets way more reward. He can even get a smash attack in or a grounded ko punch sometimes. Or he can just knock you back in the air to try again at the combo. Air dodge down equals get smash attacked. That’s what makes air mac decent is if they try to avoid air mac combos with a defensive option Macs usable Ariel’s are usually fast enough to punish the air dodge if they air dodge his moves. Air dodge down is especially bad cuz now you are next to mac up close and in a disadvantaged state. At least air dodge away so he has to dash up side smash rather then giving him the time to charge the smash attack a bit. You can still take like 30 percent depending on what character you are using maybe more or less but at least you don’t get put in the exact same situation which lost you that 30 percent again.
