Sir, Please do not Shift DC office from Hengrabari to Rupnagar. The location of Rupnagar is not good. People will suffer to reach Rupnagar. Kachari was a good location to reach. Ganeshguri is also not bad. People can reach Ganeshguri from Zoo Road, GS Road, Beltola Road, Hatigaon Road, Kahilipara Road, Sixmile, Narengi etc.
After completion of MG Road Flyover DC office & DC Court could be shift to Chandmari where there is Irrigation Office, Flood Control Office and Khadi Board office. GMC can build multi storied parking facility there. Please don't build Park there. As you have initiated Please install Solar Rooftop Unit in all Government office to cut down Pollution. Please Make mandatory rules to plant trees in all Government Office, all Commercial Building like Shopping Mall, Commercial office Building etc. Ask Commercial building owner to install Rooftop Solar System in their Commercial buildings.
Backside of Hengrabari DC office, there are huge unnecessary office Quarters. But there are age old Trees. To use that land those Quarters should be demolished to build Multi storied Office Building or Office Quarters. To save Trees a Huge Eco Park could be build there along with Parking space. A alternate road could be build from backside of DC office. It could connect to VIP Road.
