boneless chicken 1kg
carrot 1 cup
capsicum 1 cup
cabbage 1 cup
spring onion 1/2 cup
eggs 3
salt 3 tbsp
black pepper 1 tbsp
white pepper 1tsp
vinegar 3 tbsp
sugar 1tbsp
soya sauce 4 tbsp
chilli sauce 3 tbsp
chinese salt (optional)
oil 1/2 cup
