Seamless Cover system v1

Retooling the cover system part of IWALS (Interactions with Advanced Locomotion System) as it was in beta so reworked it slightly.
The character will automatically go into cover mode when approaching a wall.
The previous version the player was required to hold down a button while hugging the wall which was uinituitive.
