I just bought a 1999 suzuki marauder 800 and I absolutely love the bike, I have cobra pipes on mine and it looks like a custom harley!!!

I need to do fork seals on mine too. It's hard to stop when fork oil is leaking on your brake rotors.

Yikes! Definitely should do those soon, just unlocked a new fear for me 😮 ride safe out there!

Nice video. I'm about to attempt to get my Marauder back together. It's been apart for 7yrs. I was thinking about buying another one since they are so cheap and use that as a guide to get mine back together! LOL! 🤘

You removed the screen. How bad is the wind now? Never had one on my shadow 750, but the headlight is so big it deflects alot 😅

It was a big change in the beginning and felt it alot more but I'd say i've gotten used to it now. If its a windy day I definitely feel the wind hitting me but other than that, I'd say i prefer it without the screen. Still have to test it on the highway though so that may change it.

How are the carbs doing for ya?

I'd say they're still holding up fine. On colder days it does definitely need to warm up for a little longer than usual but I feel as if the previous owner had done some work to them as they haven't given me an issue yet.
