    One trick I use for the last mission(if the character is imperial) is indom 45. I clear all the adds and just setup a healer with the character and pound on aleph. Aleph self heals so you can get 10k or 15k damage in 6 energy. Just make sure you don't kill him so watch his health. I only needed to get actus and tan gida up to iron 1 for this. It took me like 10-15min to get enough damage for me.
    You could potentially have ruststalker lower like stone 2 or 3 if you have actus. Actus heals proc another attack so you can hit twice a round.
    It is boring but cost efficient.

      Remember to remove crit items before doing this. You don’t want you damage farm getting killed by an unwanted crit.

    for the range/necrons kills i do it in Indomitus 59 with vindicta...i just put her on the bottom right high ground and surround with other characters a healer and bellator to help when i finish toasting scarebs
    and for the damage with ability missions i do it in FOC 40 just block the bridge and put a character in the buttom right/left corners and angrax in the middle then just keep skipping

    • @DBPreacherTacticus
      @DBPreacherTacticus  Před 3 měsíci

      That’s such a fun strategy as well. There isn’t much better than burning the scarabs with vindicta, it’s very satisfying indeed!

    I get the appeal of using the first indo missions but I just can’t bring myself to do them and miss out on so much energy for upgrades…
    Also one of the best places to farm ability dmg is FOC 46 bc you can set it up so angrax insta kills all the spawned guardsmen so u just need to spam skip turn for a while.

    Hi, first of all thanks for the video, lots of useful content as usual!
    I've a question about 3-energy battles. I don't see any in-game advantage to finishing all 21 missions in a 10 days or 13 days, as long as you do finish them all. 3-energy battles allow you to advance faster in missions, but give you the same amount of event progress as other battles. Also as you mention the character will be unlocked by the end of first week, so completing the first 19 missions in 4 days or in 7 days doesn't have any practical consequences, other than you'll have to be a bit more on top of things to make sure you play all 500 battles from 20 and 21 in the second week.
    So, the advantage of playing the 3-energy battles over other battles with better rewards is more like a personal challenge thing to finish the missions asap, rather than helping you get the character up to epic. Am I right?
    I'm asking because with Tan'Gi Da I did my best, buying the 50 and 110 packs every day, and still was missing about 1000 points to open the chest that would've given me the epic ascension. I haven't played a single 3-energy battle for months. So I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing. Would using these battles and completing the missions faster help you be higher in the leaderboard? Because that would help a lot to get the epic character. The leaderboard counts event points (medals) rather than energy coils, so getting more coils is not helping you be higher there as I understand it.
    Anyway, thanks for the thorough analysis, looking forward for your next video!

    • @DBPreacherTacticus
      @DBPreacherTacticus  Před 3 měsíci +1

      That is exactly it. You want to get as good a start as possible because then you get more points daily. So I am always aiming for around 59-62 points being delivered daily. With that and the 110 pack and getting through all the missions, I always finish with an epic 1 character. Oh and I save up my energy from the last day + the battlepasses.

    for mission 18 i usaualy do fall of cadia 56.
    i kill all vox caster except the one guy on the cliff and i block him in a corner with 2 characters.
    then he will spawn the guardsman and i put my angrax there to deal damage with his passive.if i remember correctly it ll deal 128 dmg per kill after 10 mins of skipping turns the 50k ability damage will be done .then you use your volk if you have it to get the 250 range kills.
    it will take time but its doable in 1 go :d
    i have done it twice already :D
    for damage mission you can use indom mission with aleph null and kill everyone except him.he ll heal himself and you ll deal damage each turn.i used this for tan gida 15000 damage also.i blocked tangida in a corner with my own characters so he cant summon and then i used this method to deal damage to aleph null.

    As a newer player, Im trying to prioritise characters, and am having difficulty. I want to try and unlock characters in legendary events, but I dont have enough characters up there yet. I also havent unlocked very many characters from other campaigns, so Im wondering should I do that? Any help would be appreciated. Ive gotten lucky and I have Isabella and Nauseous ( 2 or the more important characters for their respective factions) but I'm trying to figure out where to spend my energy, unlocking new charaters, advancing in campaigns or upgrading my characters. ( Eldryon, Bellator, Imospek and Varro are all Silver)

      Hey there! One of my first videos goes into this topic, talking about the early goals that you should set: m.czcams.com/video/aAX8n8JsZjg/video.html&pp=gAQBiAQB

    • @KingScal64
      @KingScal64 Před 3 měsíci

      Yeah, I have watched that probably like 10 times since starting the game hahah, I think Im trying to figure out, do I bother preparing for a legendary event, or do I more try and unlock characters I havent unlocked yet by farming their shards in campaigns?

    • @DBPreacherTacticus

      So it’s a really tough one for me to answer without understanding a bit more about your team currently. I am on discord and feel free to drop me some pictures of your current team there and I can give you some hints and tips. If you are not on discord, we can also try here to work it out.
      For me, I set a path for myself really early on to try and make sure I was open every character and so to do that I sat down and made a plan that would give me the best possible opportunity to open the campaigns and do the legendary events at the same time. So that was getting characters like Isabella to silver I, which took me through nearly all the 5 man imperial campaigns. Then I did the same with chaos and xenos.

      Check out my other video, it has more in depth information about it: m.czcams.com/video/DfzAkVz8uyQ/video.html
      But in short, I save up a full refresh + all the energy from the battlepass rewards. Then on a daily basis I use the advert + 50 + 110 energy. On the first day I’ll sometimes use a 250 energy too if I am feeling rich.

    Saving up energy surplus likes that seems pointless - You'll miss out on hundreds or thousands of free energy from the daily allotment. All so you can finish 21/21 missions that don't require you to even save up all that energy to complete them? Am I missing something?

    • @DBPreacherTacticus
