ABO/Rh Typing in Blood Bank

I’m a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) and I made this for work, and thought I would share it on CZcams! As a MLS we are apart of the hospital laboratory running primarily blood specimens. Microbiology gets all sorts of specimens from all over the body. But as a Blood Banker, we are apart of transfusion medicine. A very specific section of the laboratory.
I’m demonstrating ABO/Rh typing to determine a patients blood type. This is one of the many test we do. If you guys are interested and want more I can always add more.
