Also, thank you for generously and patiently demonstrating your craftsmanship.

Plumber, machinist, musician, your craftsmanship is amazing.
😂I was never smart enough to be a graduated dent ball😂!! Art, you are amazing! God Bless!!
I think the work you do is amazing. I am learning a lot to respect my horn and appreciate your trade. Thank you
That's great! This is fascinating.
Did not know there were so many cool tools. Thanks for sharing. I know it is a lot of work to film and edit.
Great, great, great videos... THANK YOU!!!!
Excellent work!!
I really enjoy this!
I like your style, thanks
i believe the terminology is cold working...
Just a thought Art, Is it worth annealing before dent repair on old instruments like this? I wondered if that might lessen the chance of the brass cracking?
Can't wait to see this Cornet finished, it already looks beautiful.
That is good thinking. That might help on some of the dents. I would have to balance annealing with other issues such as burning the plating, having to unsolder some joints because you cannot anneal near soft solder joints, and softening the metal too much.
Hi, thank you for the inspiring video. Do you mind to inform me where to purchase the dent ball and the dent rod, mandrel.
Cheers.
You can get them from Ferree's Tools.

At 21:11, this is alarming - "You can tell that the metal is starting to rot out a bit."
I hope I didn't pay too much for a dented flute, I will follow your steps to restore it, "Gemeinhardt M2 Solid Silver Flute"
Do you ever use heat before working on a dent?
Okay I'm hooked, how much do you or your customer want for the finished restored coronet?
Sorry, but it is a family heirloom and not for sale. I had to take a break on working on this instrument, but I should be finishing it very soon.
@@TheBrassandWoodwindShop yes I thought as much and offered my comment as an appreciation...from one artist and Horn appreciators to another.
