On Tuesday morning matriculants who wrote the Independent Examinations Board or IEB exams have received their results. The 2019 IEB pass rate stands at 98.82%. Among those who have excelled at the IEB exams are two top achievers who join me now in studio. Joshua Daniel Jankelow from Crawford College in Sandton, achieved 10 distinctions and Boipelo Shai from Pecanwood College in Hartebeespoort, achieved 8 distinctions
