I totally totally agree, the demand for accommodation way surpasses the supply. Not enough homes are being built in Zim. Looking for accommodation especially, good accommodation is such a headache.
It is!!!!!! especially if you have many requirements. The places that might tick all the boxes often cost so so so much. And the home ownership route is not an easy route to follow, like in most countries.

Apartment life works just fine for a single person, but Some people might find it harder to adjust into married life, with kids and pets, in an apartment. Whichever ways, its not a one-size-fits-all. Others actually prefer apartments!
I am moving out of my beautiful house because my neighbour has, despite all our objections, secured a council permit t.o build 20 town houses and flats right next door…double story too…talk about a ghetto rising next to a prime property. Thats Harare for you…
