Way to go! The Indigenous people from Alberta are the best. I had the chance to work with many of them in the Samson and Ermineskin area. The people and their culture are incredible and you, young man, did yourself proud with your hoop dance.
Regardless with the judges thought of it I like it because He was keeping true to his heritage. Because why be anything else but your self.

Fantastic! I wish the camera people would keep the focus on the presenter instead of showing the judges and audience. This one wasn't too bad, but they seem to cut away at the best parts. We would like to see the whole performance please.

You Inspired me!
Great hoop dance. TERRIBLE camera work that kept cutting away from his performance so viewers missed some of the most difficult moves. The editing and camera work on this series is uniformly awful, constantly cutting sway to the judges snd audience instead of showing a complete performance.

I love hoop dancers. I loved this young man's performance and wish the clip was longer and gave the judges verdicts.
The camera should have stayed on Him not the audience or judges.
I watch a lot of Patrick Willie's videos and really appreciate the work and love that goes into every aspect of the dance. Hoop dancers usually make their own hoops so it's a process.
PS: Patrick is a Navajo.

If I'm not mistaken the music is throat singing. Can't remember whom does it I do know some tribes in a place do it. 🤔 I can't remember their name. A mother and daughter started doing it and recording it. She wanted to learn to be closer to her mum and carry on the tradition.

I gif a thumbs down for the show. Not the performer. He is great and i love him and his dancing. But the show itself..... come one guys... why putting that camera away from the performer. I game to see the performer and not the judges. I have seen them for years now. I want the performer. Very annoying. No wonder you dont get to many likes
