After all, be it the Caribbean with its incredible resorts or the Greek islands and their untouched beaches, there are many islands out there that are perfect for a weeklong getaway. However, there are some islands out there that are the exact opposite, and many would argue that a day on one of them would be a living hell. So today, get ready to hear which places you probably don’t want to visit on this list of the Top 15 Most Dangerous Islands!

I feel like we’ve talked about North Sentinel Island like 30 times now
The section on Crimea is completely wrong. The bridge that was blown up was built by Russia after they annexed Crimea in 2014 and connects Russia to Crimea not Crimea to Ukraine as stated on this vid.
Exactly, not to mention that Crimea is a peninsula, not an island. There's a narrow piece of land that connects Crimea to Kherson oblast in Ukraine

The Kerch Bridge was by build by Russia at the cost of $3.7 billion and it doesn't connect with Ukrap. It connects Crimea with Russia and is also the longest bridge in Europe
Saba's airport has never had an accident. That's what happens when EVERYONE is ALWAYS careful. No one ever lands there casually.
1. Crimea is a peninsula.
2. Frazer Island now called K’gari is one of the safest islands I’ve been to - just compare the murder/non-natural death rate to the island of Manhattan - I’ll take my chances with some silly dingoes and the occasional rip-tide versus NYC taxi drivers and subway riders. You also have zero chance of freezing to death on K’gari.
3. To be fair, the French nuclear testing in the Pacific with 179 French tests at Moruroa Atoll was significantly more destructive than the US testing.
5. Coming from Papua New Guinea, I’d suggest Hispaniola and particularly Haiti would give us a run for our money on most levels of human dangers… followed by Manhattan of course. 😜
Other than that great list except you forgot Anak Krakatoa- you know that little constantly erupting volcano off the coast of Java. .

New Guinea is an island, Papua New Guinea is a country in the island of New Guinea.
I flew into and out of Saba. The pilot was very good. He demonstrated what the twin otter airplane was capable of.

Battle ship Island off Japan was used to dig out coal with workers living there, it had about
9 floors and a stair case that was completely straight so when people tripped nothing would
stop them and taking others with them nicknamed the stairs of death with no lifts, it's name came from USA submarines periscope views made it appear like a Japanese battleship & was torpedoed at least twice, it was abandoned long ago but Parrot's still speak Japanese.

There's nothing really scary about these places like a couple are a little creepy but people made it that way.
The rest arnt scary its just geologically strange sometimes.

Crimea is a poor example and it is part of Russia and has been for years so incorrect in saying, it is trying to annex itself. I'm somewhat surprised you didn't include Haiti in this list
Crimea was part of Ukraine until 2014 when Putin invaded it. The narrow land bridge is with Ukraine, not Russia.

You could start that list with Tuvalu and some of the Fijian Islands. Tuvalu is a sovereign country that's currently experiencing problems over the last 10-15 years with encroaching seawater affecting the freshwater levels. They have brought their concerns to the UN, but have been met with indifference and ignored by them so far.
Soon there will be Climate change refugees leaving these islands looking for higher ground to live on
on the bright side, with miyake jima, at least you probably can't smell your own (or other people's) farts...
About thilafushi island information is outdated right now and now the island is cleaned its garbage and you will see greenery as if its a brand new island added a artificial mountain.

EXCUSE ME ? Two things . Crimea is NOT an Island , it is an Isthmus , and secondly it IS part of Ukraine . That bridge was built , by Russia , to connect Russia after the 2014 Invasion . GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT , please .
