For a game that had however many thousands of people involved in its development and took more storage than hell, just about anything else... they'd better have.

You can get message from Michael if you happen to drive your own Weeny Issi in front of his mansion as long as the game didn't spawn one belonging to Tracey in its usual spot. The same goes for Amanda's Sentinel. With a mod, it's possible to get the message even if you happen to be passenger of such car while in proximity of the mansion.
"Amanda knows you got her car, and she is on the warpath" Michael is less pissed and is more warning Franklin that he's about to be hunted down by someone worse than Michael...
I really respect the shit out of Rockstar for being able to perfectly envision every little thing their player base would do in this game. They legit covered everything
