If you want technology go for 390 but if you want more power and refinement go for gt 650 at that price single cylinder does not make sense at that price better buy gt 650

I have owened gt 650 it's good bike no doubt but in traffic you will regret, and if you will go above 120 speed you need to hold its handel tightly other wise it will wobble. Duke 390 give you more confidence in city as well as in highway. If you need good resale value then go for gt if you need only fun then go for Duke 390.
