    No one should supervise resourses on a wildland fire if they cannot predict fire behavior. You must base all actions on currect and EXPECTED fire behavior. Make sure you take an S-290 course from NWCG qualified instructors that have a lot of experience. Consider taking S-390 and 490 as well. This isn't meant as a criticism, just one brother looking out for another. Everyone please be careful, don't take assignments that exceed your KSAs, and come home safe!

    360 degree change would be the same wind direction.

      I wonder if they meant wind from all different directions during a short time. 360 degree wind changes.
