2.5 tbsp coffee, instant (Dissolve the coffee in 75-80 ml water)
4 large eggs, separated yolks from whites
220 g all-purpose flour

6 tbsp powdered sugar
3 tbsp coffee (1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in a small cup of warm water)
For every cake, it's good to pass the flour through a sieve. This way, we give air to the mixture and our cake always comes out lighter.
