A really good banana bread recipe
- 1 Melted stick of butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-3 bananas
Mix it all up cook in a square pan on 325 degrees for about 1 hour
It’s really easy. Not as hard as it looks. Y’all should try it

Use a dry measuring cup for dry ingredients and a liquid measuring cups for liquid ingredients. It will make your measurements more accurate.

Just a tip use corn or canola oil for baking, olive oil gives a different taste
