If ya think about it, they are basically immune to their respective champion's elements so if anything the blights are perfect counters to the champions main abilities
Nothing's really a counter to lightning, though. If Waterblight Ganon fought Urbosa she would have a huge advantage against him. Gorons have a high fire immunity, but at least Fireblight has a huge sword to attack Daruk with, and because of his slowness he would be wasted on another Champion like Urbosa or Revali. The blights' thing seems to be to use the Champions' powers against them. Maybe it's to the blights' advantage that they are so well adapted to the environments where their respective Divine Beasts reside (that is, maybe Windblight Ganon can survive very low temperatures but wouldn't be able to withstand the heat of Death Mountain). Plus, the blights all have a laser.

Areeagan M. Exactly. Everyone always says how did Revali lose to the easiest blight? It’s only the easiest to Link/the player. Like you said, Revali is definitely much faster in the air, yet he couldn’t fight due to the tornado and cannon attacks from Windblight. Without flying, he couldn’t move fast enough to dodge and in turn damage Windblight.
I love that each blight has a different percussion beat and instrument and different melody instrument all while keeping the piano. It's really keeps the theme going that the piano is the main instrument for this game

This was both the easiest but also my favourite battle. I did this one first btw but the fight despite being easy really gave off a feeling of badassery
I don't know who else noticed this, but the blight ganons were made specifically to kill the champions. For Mipha, a spear that has a long reach, ice powers to freeze her in place, and the ability to use water against her. For Revali, guns that will shoot him out of the sky, and tornadoes that send him flying. For Daruk, fire that chips away at him and his protection, the ability to strike from behind, and the ablilty to tire out Daruk so he can't use his protection as much. For Urbosa, a beast that can strike like lightning, the ability to harness lightning, and the ability to tire Urbosa to where she can't fight as hard. However, the blight ganons are fodder for Link, because they don't know what his strategies are. He is unpredictable, strong, fast, risky, and he uses unique tacticts that the Blights don't understand.
Listening to the variations of this theme have been a treat. For each blite, you can hear elements of the champions in their theme. In the windblite fight, you can hear a snare drum rapping lightly in the background as well as an accordion filling in for parts of the chorus. Listen to the other variations and see if you can spot these differences.🙂
This is baguette blite ganon. Its from divine beast vah Eiffel Its champion is Baguette His dialogue is “BAGUETTE BAGUETTES OUI OUI” His ability is Baguette Bandage
Revali fought him in pitch black darkness with already poor eye-sight, with no bow, only bombs and arrows...and he lasted the longest out of all of the champions. Say what you will about his SOS being the most panicked and frenzied, Revali fought to his final breath. That bravado and pride wasnt just for show.
When I tried this, I ran out of arrows at the end and had no idea what to do. I didn't know how to parry either. I, fortunately, had Daruks protection and deflected his laser and won

I just beat this boss not too long ago! It's my favourite Blight so far. All I have left as of now is Rudania & Fireblight.
How that went?
He is unpredictable, strong, fast, risky, and he uses unique tacticts that the Blights don't understand.
god this theme is my favorite of all the blights themes
what can i say im a sucker for the accordion
“Careful! His aim is dead-on!”
*Shoves cannon into your face*
Well geez I wonder why
Listening to the variations of this theme have been a treat. For each blite, you can hear elements of the champions in their theme. In the windblite fight, you can hear a snare drum rapping lightly in the background as well as an accordion filling in for parts of the chorus. Listen to the other variations and see if you can spot these differences.🙂
This is baguette blite ganon.
Its from divine beast vah Eiffel
Its champion is Baguette
His dialogue is “BAGUETTE BAGUETTES OUI OUI”
His ability is Baguette Bandage
PARRY THIS!!
fires 74 bomb arrows with a duplex bow
Kass goin in with the accordion
Revali fought him in pitch black darkness with already poor eye-sight, with no bow, only bombs and arrows...and he lasted the longest out of all of the champions.
Say what you will about his SOS being the most panicked and frenzied, Revali fought to his final breath. That bravado and pride wasnt just for show.
Everyone says Windblight was easy. Bro WINDBLIGHT GAVE ME SO MUCH TROUBLE. I thought Fireblight and Waterblight were easier 😭
Link: finally, I defeated windblight gannon.that music was cool, wonder where it came from?
kass:me
link: WHY WERE YOU WATCHING ME-
When the French exchange student asks to see you after school
For his neutral special, he wields a g u n
When I tried this, I ran out of arrows at the end and had no idea what to do. I didn't know how to parry either. I, fortunately, had Daruks protection and deflected his laser and won
I like how the instruments Chang based o the cultures theme
Windblight ganon:Charles Muntz
Link:Carl Fredrickson
Vah medoh:Spirit of adventure
Ever notice how each blight has a different instrument, like thunder having piano, and wind having accordion and violin
I could imagine how windblight vs colgera would go:
Colgera: Fear me you weakling!
Windblight: *shoots at Colgera's icycweak points from bellow and breaks them all and defeats colgera in 30 seconds.* Well that was easy.
If I had a green rupee if the rito have phenomenal music for their quest back to back from breath of the wild, I’d have 2 green rupees. Which isn’t a lot but it’s great that it happened twice.
Watch out! This BagguetteBlight ganon aim is dead on!
For all of these battle themes i literally juat thought
„Good music”
Just not jaut
i had six hearts in this battle *loved it*
