Just found this video after watching the whole first season. I love the show so much and I hope it gets a second season, Nell is such a fun character.

I did not have much hope cause Disney doesn't know how to write female characters but it surprised me. I LOVED IT

I doubt they'll cancel it after the first season, since as of late, Disney seems to love burning cash on what will be 100% guaranteed flops.

"Nell" plays a completely different character- a delightful, if somewhat naive member of the group .
It should still be on Netflix and I would highly recommend it 😀😀😀😀😀

Well good news for you, Renegade Nell has been renewed for a season 2.
Also I too loved Willow, though a small correction. It wasn't Lucasfilms that cancelled that show. Lucasfilms very much wanted to keep the show going and it was Bob Iger who cancelled it after he promised not to. What happened was that Iger wanted to buy up Hulu by 2024, so he needed some quick cash, and saw what David Zaslav was doing over at Warner Bros Discovery. So he decided to cancelled literally every new Disney+ original content outside of Star Wars and Marvel. Since they were new, Iger was able to get a high price for them. Needless to say, other creators besides Lucasfilms was pissed off because some got their show or movie cancelled and pulled off Disney+ in literally a few weeks.
Well Iger spent $6.81 billion to buy that remaining 1/3 of Hulu, so hope it was worth it for him. Now hopefully either him or someone else please bring back Willow and put back those other shows too while we're at it.
You’re right! I remember willow ending they showed books basically saying there will be multiple seasons (i think 4?)
@@NythicalReacts It was 3 books since they clearly wanted to go off the Star Wars model of trilogies. Not surprising since the creators of the Willow show all worked on Star Wars.
Also just read a article on something called the indy 100, that Iger isn't exactly pleasing his customer base because they're upset about the upcoming password crackdown situation and some are unsubbing to Disney+ to send a message. I'm sure overall it's still going to look good for Disney due to their combined subscribers and viewership, but in reality Iger's doing a bunch of stupid moves losing subs.
First it was the India situation where they lost the right to cricket. Not Disney's fault and wasn't even aware cricket was so popular in India. Then it was Iger's great "lets remove all original Disney+ content so we can use them as tax credits" to buy Hulu. Won't affect people in the US, but I'm sure customers outside the US noticed it more. Then it was raising prices and now it's password crackdowns. Disney+ been dropping subs since the beginning of 2023 and only had a slight increase due to their ad tier being available to people outside the US. However it looks like it didn't impress enough people, and some of them didn't bother to renew they're subs since the comercial tier only last for 1 month.
Okay Iger clearly isn't aware of the phrase "pay more to get less" because that's exactly why not enough people are sticking with Disney+ Especially since I'm not sure how much Disney+ cost where you are, but Netflix is a much sweeter deal. Netflix's standard tier is $16.49 a month here in Canada, but their commercial tier is 1/3 the price at $5.99. While Disney's standard tier is $11.99 a month which looks pretty good, but their commercial tier is $7.99 a month, which doesn't look as good as Netflix which also has more content then Disney too.

Could you imagine white actors playing slaves in the 1977 miniseries called Roots??? Of course, there would've been an uproar, and they would've been rightfully ridiculed for that absolute nonsense, but they act all surprised when the obvious is stated about this modern day woke garbage they're squatting down and grunting out today! 🤦♂
