VTR250 ride

slow ride to blow out the cobwebs on this new to me 2000 vtr250. Was bogging very badly when i got it, the floats were set at 3mm instead of 6.8mm so was running very rich. Still feels a little down on power on the hills/under load, possibly the needles could come down a notch, or more likely the plugs are bad from drowing in fuel
