- It's time for another DIY Rings tutorial! These Easy DIY rings can be customised to your liking, you can attach so many different gems, crystals or anything you like really to these rings! You all know I love braided and twisted DIY jewelry and especially DIY rings and there are a lot of different designs I want to show you. I know some of them might be similar, but never the same and I really want to share all my ideas with you. I hope you like these DIY rings and of course as always I truly hope you give them a go and try to make them yourselves.

I used the following materials and tools to make these:
20 gauge(0.8mm) copper, silver and gold plated copper based craft wires(enamelled - non tarnish)
Half pearls, little craft gems (silver, pink, blue, green)
Swarovski flat back crystal(5.4mm Xirius Rose)
Flatback Rhinestones AB colour
Wooden toothpick, E6000 glue, Blue Tack, nail varnish bottle, round nose pliers, bent nose pliers, chain nose pliers, wire cutters.

Hi I absolutely LOVE YOUR TUTORIALS, the difference with yours compared to others are you PUT THE SIZE MEASUREMENTS up along with the tutorials this is great for new to crafts crafters like myself as I haven't a clue how far down to start ect the others generally do it by eye as they know it off by heart but newbies dont always have the confidence to just go for it and guess so thank you for doing this

I too use acrylic rhinestones in my jewelry, you can also use nail stickers or imported swarovski rhinestones from Japan. Reason why i know of them is because there is a store in downtown manhattan that sells them

Will E6000 hold the stone permanently?
Hi Lynn, no, it creates a pretty strong bond, but the stones could still come off. Epoxy glue is supposed to be stronger, but I haven't used it yet on jewellery.

Hi, try using softer wire, or thinner wire. Also, you could get nylon jaw pliers, there are different types.
