So glad for you!! I am recovering from my scar tissue blockage surgery. Keep on top of how you feel because the scar tissue grew after my ileostomy reversal, and my doc said it can grow back it the future. So good to be aware. I get when you say I feel blessed. I felt so grateful to be alive when I got home. 6 months after this last emergency surgery, I am doing well so keep a positive outloom!!

How do they check for a scar tissue blockage? Since my last operation I get feeling I have scar tissue blockage and the last time they tried to do a endoscopy they couldn't get passed the operation site

Oh, and I just wanted to say the it came on me suddenly. It was a year after my ileostomy reversal. I went to wine tasting the night before and then walked 4 miles in the morning. By 3 am that night I was on my way to the ER. Snort! I told them that I had "periyonitis" and they were surprised I know that word, ha ha. Until they took a CT scan and read my record. Then, they took me VERY seriously. Sadly scar tissue often doesn't show up on a CT scan. Only the blockage does. I say this for anyone who has had a reversal.

What medication are you on now? I am having so much trouble trying to decide if I should go ahead with the humera injection or not I'm scared of the side effects
