As a Mexican I would like to say Thank you to Wolves for giving Raul Jimenez a chance! Many teams gave up on him, he was really good at America (a team in the mexican league) then he went to Atletico Madrid only allowing him to be a bench player, then to Benfica later becoming another bench player. Thanks to Wolves he had a new opportunity, a new challenge. But honestly Thank you Wolves for giving Raul Jimenez a chance. I am now a loyal wolves fan! VIVA WOLVES

I don’t think so. Look up top 10 goals of Gignac and then watch Rauls goals again. Gignac isn’t even a starter for France and has way better goals than Raul. Don’t get me wrong, Raul is a great striker. But class? Nah. Unfortunately Mexico doesn’t have a world class striker. They haven’t had one since Hugo Sanchez.

@@oakleygt i agree, only i have to say that Steve Bull played from 86 to 99, but he only played 7 seasons in the first division, other 4 years Wolves where on 4th, 3th, and second division, on 86-88 he scored 71 goals on division 4, and another 50 in 88-89 playing on third division, he made the half of the record on lower divisions, and i think its easier, at least easier than first division.

I remember the days Mexico cheered for Hernandez in the Premier League and now they are cheering for Jimenez. Would not have guessed another Mexican sensation would come along this fast; at least not for another 10-20 years.
