Initially, most of the traders were located under the extinct Perimetral viaduct. The fair is under the coordination and responsibility of the Instituto das Feiras Culturais do Brasil, which takes care of both the interests of participants and the visiting public, security and organization, such as, for example, the standardized stalls.
