Nice but you don't cook the sauce or it automatically cooks when its with hot food?
Also why separate and mix egg whites separately only to add egg yolks back in?

Looks nice, but what's the reason for whisking the whites and yolks separately?? 🤔
The reason for doing that. You want to avoid making an omelet. It makes a froth vs a liquid. Or else the eggs will just cook and look like an egg drop soup.

@@YiayiasGreekRecipes Ok sounds good but defiantly split the white and whisk then add the yolk right? Some recipes only say the yolk and some say the whole egg at once. I'm a bit confused but your way seems right
