- This was an exceptional Chicken Madras Curry, the sauce is from East at Home, (BIR) British Indian Restaurant Curry, this was certainly top draw, the flavours the spices all came together to produce an excellent curry, check out this company, www.eastathome.com
This curry sauce is currently listed on their website £3.49, at the moment of writing this I’m waiting for the company to contact me to confirm if there will be any discounts etc.
I will add to this description when i know more.

Wouldn’t it be cheaper to buy a 5-10 lb bag of rice,I live alone,and still buy 5 pound bag of rice, my favorite is Kalijira from Bangladesh,it’s a small fragrant rice often used for Pilau,I also have Carolina rice,grown here in the Carolinas.The curry looked delicious.
The curry was fantastic, really nice flavours and spices were perfect
saw addy were not far from there just bin on there site you get 10 per of your first order and what iv seen its not bad prices even the spice packs are only 2.99 and there the prop spices so looks realy good ty andy

Aldi do a steamed basmati pilau rice in a plastic container which is so much better than the pouches which use long grain rice.
The madras sauce looks great!

Definitely mate I always look at it like this, if i try something and it’s not good then I would say so even if someone sent it too me, they sent them too me and I did tell them before hand if it’s crap I will say so on the video, but this honestly was exceptional I’m hoping the other stuff is good as well, i know it’s more expensive than other curry sauces but with this you didn’t have to add anything to enhance the flavours 👍🏻
its dearer than shop sauce but for a prop sauce its not to bad rthink its a lot spending 30 over to get free postage bnut its not a lite items to post

Thanks mate yeah someone on here recommended the BIR Sauce and everything so basically I looked at their website and got in touch too see if they wanted to send me any samples to review on my channel and they came back and said yes, so happy days, someone said on here because they were freebie’s I had to give a high score, no way if it was crap I would say so free or not, but yeah in all honesty it was exceptional, I haven’t been sent any base gravy so I can’t let you know what it is like, I am going to do a review on the other stuff probably once a week so should get a good idea 👍🏻

It really annoys me how supermarket meat is never properly cleaned of all fat. Especially chicken!

Some people love the bits of fat on meats,I don’t,but many do.Chicken fat is great if you render it,then cook chicken livers with onion,and then grind the fat, liver,and onion together,add 2 boiled eggs,and a little mayonnaise,mix it together ,and serve on bread,crackers etc, delicious
