Simple, the lightning is a cursed energy trait(not a technique), and the black holes a cursed tool(you could even say it's her own domain expansion based on her own interpretation of shadows)
Another way to view this is to consider what the hollow technique could be, taking the base technique of ten shadows which is a summoning technique and the reversal of that being a binding technique combined would make a transformation technique allowing the user to gain the powers of the shikigami they've tamed.
