The Buds 3 Pro are looking like great "all arounders". The microphone quality appears to be really good and early impressions for sound quality also sounds excellent.
My Bose QC Ultra Earbuds remain my favorite from this gen given their excellent noise cancelling, but the mic quality is a weakness. Very curious to see how the Buds3 Pro compare head to head, especially in terms of noise cancelling.

Thanks Aaron. Very good intro video! I have to buds2 pro, which I love, but they keep falling out no matter which included or after narket tips I use. Do the buds3 pro feel like a better fit, & did they ever fall out with eating, yawning or anything?

I have the Nothing Ear which sound awesome but I got them for phone calls because the sound quality is so good. So now I'm waiting for your comparison of the Nothing Ear and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. They sounded really clear as well.
It looks like an offspring between an AirPod pro and a generic Ali express earbud.
Whatever there earbuds on Aliexpress that sound better,have more battery life than thr expensive airpods pro.

Bill ended up as $79.99. Upon paying, I was bill $19.64 because I had some Samsung points from old purchases not yet redeemed I totally forgot about valued at $61.84. I am excited I got a pair less than $20 and can't wait for the buds3 Pro.😊😂
The best of samsung is that the prices drop often a lot and im happy to here you said that the buds dont sound to bright anymore. I prefered the sound of the galaxy buds pro 1 a lot over the 2s. :)

Hi Aaron, I noticed something quite odd. I've been using my pre-ordered Buds3 Pro for just over one week, and I've found that the sound profile is entirely different from most measurement reviews I've seen.
Instead of a clarity-focused tune that sounds almost more upper-mid/treble focused, my Buds3 Pro have an very dark/warm sound profile with recessed mids and trebles. This is especially true when compared side-by-side to my Buds2 Pro. To me, the B2P sound more clarity-focused with more of a lack of depth and harsh trebles/sibilance. Essentially, putting my B3P on the Clear EQ preset gives it the clarity provided by my B2P, while also avoiding harshness/sibilance and maintaining more depth than the B2P.
You and Aergina Tech are two of my favorite audio/earphones reviewers, and both of you seemed to get similar results in your measurements/sound comparisons of the new B3P and B2P, but oddly my B3P sound entirely different (especially in comparison to my B2P) to what is described and shown in both yours and Aergina's measurements/reviews.
(For some context, both my B2P and B3P have been being used connected to my Galaxy S23 on SSC with Dolby Atmos on.)
You mentioned fit at the end. I have not had good luck with ear fit of stem-type earbuds, and couldn't be sure if poor fit was due to the stem design or design of a particular brand. Did you find that the Galaxy Buds 3 had different fit from the 2 (different, not better of worse)?
Yes just different. It does fit like AirPods, partly plugged and partly hanging in the ears
@aaronloudnwireless would you think someone with issues having stemmed buds falling out would be okay with these? I have buds pro 1 and am thinking to upgrade, but it would suck if they wouldn't stay in because of stem weight
@@aaronloudnwireless If they are like the AirPods, that won't work for me. The AirPods don't fit my ears well. They feel insecure.

The mic pick up was pretty good. That was a deciding factor for me. If people can barely hear me then its a no go for me. Heard the music really good and the phone quality is great im all in on buying a pair.

Pleaseee ...tell me how do they compare to the xm5 from sony...i own them..i want to move to samsung because the mic of sony is pretty bad...the ambiental mode is not the greatest. But i fell in love with the sound..the bass is so good on them...and anc also superb..but i would like the mics to be better.also transpare y...also ldac much better than ssc ? This also scares me...cause i want again the sound quality as well...

Planar magnetic tweeters - that alone makes me interested. This is why early reviews seem so favorable with sound quality. Planar Magnetic produces great sound.
Yes, as I recall the jecklin float also used planar tech. Those were headphones though

I've seen people wearing AirPods Pro 2 as hearing protection at a loud show or concert while using the Adaptive ANC mode. Do you think this would be possible with the Buds 3 Pro as well?
They have Adaptive ANC too but as to them being same or better than the airpods pro will definitely be based on individual usage.

My 1st gen OG buds can still fetch $80 with the trade in so it's a no brainer. Hope the dual drivers setup really blow my mind away when watching Dolby Atmos movies.
I'd love to see GlaxyBuds 3 Pro vs. USB-C version of AirPods Pro, with both running on Day 1 firmware. As a Samsung user, I have never updated anything for my AirPods Pro.
Sadly Samsung doesn't enough codecs for me to even consider these.
but they do support samsung proprietary hifi codec and that's it.
Tell me which bud in thr market has all the codes?Trust those codecs 10 out of 10 are gimmick.I have cheaper earbuds from Oraimo and purchased the Poweramp Eq on play store and trust me I don't care about LDAC or any of those codecs.

I was worried they would reduce the number of codec supported. It is sad. It would have been the point supporting Bluetooth 5.4 to be extremely good for PC or other Bluetooth DAC.
I hate the looks, but I will get them for the amazing performance.
I was shocked at how well the microphone pickup was in the noisy environment.

Is there any "find my buds" options other than the led lights? I often loose by buds (in case) and for that I have used Smarttag attached to case to locate them but I would prefer to have that functionality be built-in t to the buds case to make it smaller overall to carry around.
Will have to check that when I test them fully.
They don't have Smartag like find option. Can only play sound or turn lights on.

If you're still work well, I don't think it's worth buying these at full price. Just use your Galaxy buds 2 and in 6 months or whatever. These things will probably be $0.65 on the dollar. Earbuds always drop in price.

Yes they have graphic EQ settings 🔥 i didnt get the chance to test that but if I made a guess based on what I saw, it doesnt do regular multipoint.

As far as other special features for Galaxy smartphone users go, they have automatic pairing and audio switching with Galaxy devices, including Galaxy PCs. That's another way of saying they have multipoint Bluetooth pairing for Galaxy devices . simple google search 🤦♂️

Maybe he's using them as Mic with some software. Windows recognizes Bluetooth headphones as Mic headphones.

Not all, just the basic features. Yes it was tested on an iPhone and S24U.

As a follow up to this question: after changing the settings (EQ, control mapping, etc.) using the Wearables app or Windows Galaxy Buds app, do the earbuds retain the settings and apply them when connected to an iOS device? I think I’d mainly be concerned with setting EQ and stem controls to my preferences then using it with an iPhone.
If I do buy the Samsung Buds Pro, it will be because of your upcoming indepth review. I personally feel that you are more qualified than the rest out there when it comes to earphones and earbuds.

Pinching the stem causes movement of the earbuds in your ear and is annoying because you lose the correct seal every pinch.
