Bryan I have been wanting to learn drums for years and watching your videos has given me the desire worse than ever. Any advice for a 34 year old newbie? Should I buy a small used kit or a practice pad? Can I learn independently with online lessons?
Snyder2112 Yeah, buy a used kit and practice pad if you can. If you can afford private lessons from someone in your area, I would definitely suggest that. If not, there are lots of great players online that give good lessons. Also, listen to and watch lots of drummers. Good luck and have fun with it. Cheers!
