The Pastels were from Pasco in south eastern Washington State near Kennewick formed in 1964 its members were
Dale Anderson - guitarist
Mark Cage - keyboardist
Ron Jones - guitarist and bassist
Red Elder - drummer
The band became one of the bigger draws in Washington playing shows at Richland Roller Rink and other venues and appearing occasionally on local TV
Red Elder and Mark Cage left the group in 1966 and joined The Rock N Souls who won a big area battle of the bands sponsored by KALE and later released a single with songs Not Like You and Got No Love (both songs are on CZcams if you want to listen to them)
