No you can only use the in built samples that it comes with but it's a great collection!

Are you sure your midi is connected properly? It should work as soon as you load up the plugin
I cant install it bro, Windows defender delete it and says its a virus.
Deactivate your defender just for installation and then activate it again. It's safe
I don't understand why people are calling this the best free drum plugin. The samples are dope indeed but the plugin is very poorly made and designed. You can not load samples into pads and make a kit. They have kick bank, clap bank etc but if you want to create a drum loop with samples from different banks like kick bank, clap bank, hihat bank, snare bank, snap bank etc. you have to open different (5 instances) instances of loop track vst plugin in 5 tracks which takes up a lot of ram and cpu usage and nonetheless time to compose/program. It's better to collect free drum/one shot samples from the net and use a free sampler like Sitala or Speedrum Lite to create a drum loop in a single track.
That's true. I would agree that's the one drawback but for newer producers who don't know where to start sampling or finding great samples for drums, I would say that this is a great way to start since it already provides a collection of great sounds for them to play around with :)
