Update: 3 months later and I’m still going strong. My son has giving up watching with me as he watched the series 4 times already. Now we watch Attack on Titan together. I’m a little behind with one piece because of adulting, but I’m in episode 551. I almost died crying in episode 483. I was traumatized by the episode. Almost gave up but I can’t leave Luffy, especially in his time of need. It may sound dramatic but during the past 3 months I’ve had depression and other health issues and Luffy cheered me up. We have formed an emotional bond. I know, I know... I’m nuts lol.

Btw… I am an anime watcher second. I am also caught up with the most recent episode of One Piece. This opening and opening 26 are PEAK! Hiroshi Kitadani doesn’t miss! The animation and song perfectly suit the introduction of the final saga. I am thankful that my sons introduced me to One Piece. I recently started as well and I'm currently cruising through Alabasta. The fact I've been watching for 100+ episodes and I'm still itching for more is incredible. So far, a strong contender for greatest Anime of all time. Oda-sensei should be proud.

One Piece’s vibe is like no other anime ever. It is an actually masterpiece and I am so lucky and happy to be witnessing this creation.
If anything, I'm glad I was born when this came out

I’ve just started my One Piece journey a little over a week ago after watching the live action. I’m on ep 47 and on my way to the Grand Line arc. I must say, I really like it and I’m not even to the point where I here it gets really good yet. Im also going to miss hearing this song before every episode! Wish me luck on my journey!
