we dont need to be newyork where one is scared to walk on the streets at night. our Mumbai is relatively much safer at night.
that said, it does not hurt if we get some good roads and some extra trains ( metros)
waiting for the day when metro3 goes online. that will start the major change in Mumbai way more than all the other existing metros combined have done so far.
