Will the bar function work for spas too? I was having a bug where the bar portion of the Spa lot trait wouldn't work right, or well there was never a bartender there.

In high school I lived at a boarding collage and I had sims 3 on my laptop so my laptop would be passed around to all my friends and we would all make different things and the world was all was a crazy surprise

For video lengths, I would say both. I enjoy a nice long one where I can see all the details, but sometimes it’s nice to see a 10-15 minute quick one when I’m on a break and don’t have time for something super long. I love watching the process and honestly seeing that even the best builders go through changing the fence 800 times, etc.
Nahh I'm like you, Deli. I make completely different people and lives in the Sims and I do all the messed up things I would never do in real life 😂

According to my father Sinatra was a Jazz cross-over swing musician, whatever on earth that means 😂 LOVE the build, and I liked that you narrated it while telling her story to make sense of the build and put more character into it.
I still go back to one of James's old roof tutorial videos whenever I need roofing help 😂
Loving all these Newcrest builds, I've been rebuilding Newcrest in my own save and feel like I'll for sure be adding in a few of these builds!
I love the longer videos, I put them on while do productive things, especially something like this where you’re just taking about your life while also talking about the build I really enjoy
Instead of disabling packs, filter them through BB!

to avoid the problem of items getting deleted when you log into the save file after disabling the packs, just save everything to your library once you're done building it, and then when you're ready to share the save, just replace the lots that lost items with the ones you have on the library.
This is going straight into Brindleton Bay with some more nautical decorations. Needed me a snooty yacht club.
i wish there was an inground hot tub... i mean i know you could kinda just use pool stuff if you're going for asthetics, but gameplay wise....

I like having longer videos. I usually am cooking when watching these and if the video is about 20 minutes, I'm having to stop half way through and get another one up if one that I've not watched before doesn't start 😊

I relate, I never really made my sim self, I always enjoyed making sims with different characters and styles because I fount it more fun.

I’ve been to country clubs before and have to for work and this is the lightest brightest country club I’ve ever seen. Usually they have hideous old wallpaper and couches with dark velvet. This is much nicer.
I liked this longer-length video! It was fun to see the process and I like listening to your commentary over the speed-builds while building my own sims creations.
should have used spa day for the massage tables and sauna and stuff + used the spa lot type
I love Higher Living teas, Deli! They're awesome. But I wish they'd label the tea bags, too! You've also made me feel so much better when you revealed that you struggle with roofing in the Sims 4 as well.

I know Sims 4 studio is working on a fix, but it could still be a few weeks until it's ready.

Cape Cod is a man-made island and part of Massachusetts, United States of America. It's got a very unique style for homes that I think would look pretty cool in the sims. It's a very pretty place, but there is a lot of beachy - sea related decorations in a lot of buildings. If you ever go to America, specifically to Boston, you could take a day trip into Cape Cod and look around. It would be 1 hour and 38 minutes each way. But it would be worth it for you and James if you were already in the area!

I enjoy putting your videos on while I nurse my son to sleep. The longer videos are nice cause then I don’t have to go flipping through in the middle of feeding him. And I quite enjoy the way you build stuff. Watching you build is peaceful The more you build a better.

I work a full time job at a grocery store and when I'm at home I love to escape into the Sims world, the longer videos, the better. I'm definitely chill with longer videos - I'll put a playlist together and just let it go while I play the sims on my main monitor. I love listening to you just chatting about your builds.
There's a cafe in Windenburg that has book shelves in it. The sims do sit and read the books as well as buy from the caffe. So there must be certain lot types that work together. Jazz is great music it's like riding a river.
I enjoy your builds so much and I always look forward to the walkthrough in the end! 😊 It's one of the things that make your build videos special to me. Can't wait to see the next Newcrest build 💕
"Someone told me about Cape Cod, I'd never heard of that place" my Massachusetts born and bred heart hurts. I spent every summer while I was growing up on the Cape. The cranberry bogs, the Sagamore Bridge, biking on the canal, the coastal erosion, the lobster bakes, the Cape Cod salt water taffy, the impossibly cold water in high summer, the rocky beaches and picking periwinkles during low tide for my grandmother to mangle trying to cook, the sandy dunes with narrow paths in the middle of the tall grasses and beach roses, the boarded paths over the sand, the school trips to Plymouth Plantation, the disappointing site of Plymouth Rock, the lighthouses, entire towns populated by capes.
The one time so far that I've visited Massachusetts since I moved across country two years ago and didn't just see family I went to the Cape. Might be due to the memories, might be due to living in a desert and if I'm going to leave the state then I want to see a large body of water.
Thank you for putting in all the fiddling and whatever with the walls/roof stuff. It makes me feel better about my own builds that even someone who is experienced with building spends so much time fiddling and making it work.
You should make one lot into an outdoor food court. Then having multiple businesses wouldn't be an issue.
I like longer videos because watching speed builds of my favorite youtubers is like my chill time, instead of like watching tv. Also, you're great at story telling even in build videos so it's almost like watching tv or reading in a way.

Roofing comes naturally to me. But I am only twelve and I have watched my neighbor play the game ever since I could remember. I always got to do the roofing because she would never be able to figure it out.
Cape Cod is in Massachusetts. Not to to far from Boston. I'm from the area, we just call it "The cape" and it's beautiful!
Brindleton Bay for me feels alot like Cape Cod, and it is said to based off of typical New England seafront towns.
I don't play as myself either. I've always kind of played like legacy like game play.

Surprise tea sounds adventurous. You are not the only one that looks up the actors during movies, I often check out actors I don’t know, where they grew up who their parents were. It’s not weird. I just recently started watching Virgin River on Netflix and there were a whole bunch of actors that looked familiar but I couldn’t figure out who they were. Really good series. Also I like that you changed the blue to salmon. I’m not a huge blue person unless it’s navy or tealish.

I think this came out so well. It actually does remind. me of a New England country club I visited. The colors really make me think cool blue seas. I prefer the longer videos because its so cool seeing how you decide on final choices but only if ita not too much trouble having to voice such long ones.

Oh a suggestion for the rich part of town, you may want to check google images of Newport, Rhode Island homes. They have a similar feel of the Hamptons, but I think even more affluent.
I like a mix of content/ videos, but I will say I enjoy watching full process build sometimes, especially when I really need to destress. It's just relaxing, even the process watching you pick out the wall papers - so it's something I'd like to see in videos if you choose to show the full process. Also, nice build, Deli :)
