Renault clio 2 clicking sound relay Problem

Hi guys i have strange problem on this clio with clicking sound down the steearing wheel anyone knows whats going on? also sometimes when it clicking i dont have wipers and turning signal.. thanks

I've just bought one for a cheap run around. Has the same problem plus headlights flash. One solution to try is cleaning the plugs etc in the relay. Behind a cover down by the bonnet catch
