Well this is of course different for every niche and audience. However you always want to focus on a great hook in the beginning. Like the Nature Lens channel did with their crow video. "It's pretty unexpected that one of the most intelligent animals in the world is labeled as evil". That's something that really hooks people in.
And then you want to have enough variety in your footage to keep people engaged.

Tried to make 5 shorts just for sake of it. Took me overall 5 minutes. Some footage has to be changed as it occurs multiple times on a video. Some subjects are very limited so you don't get a good result out of it. Other than that, very easy to use and results are better than my original shorts I made for my channel. Will be making a new channel after I find a nieche I can use this tool for. :)

Well retention tricks always depends on the type of niche you are in. I would highly suggest you take a close look at the top videos in your niche to see what works for them and try to incorporate those tricks into your shorts.
One trick I know that works for every shorts is to try and make it seem as if the short never ends. You can do this by looping the end with the beginning (shorts always stay in a loop until the person swipes away). So if you begin your short with for instance: "Crows are the smartest animals on earth" and you end it with "and that's why". Then it will seem as if it says: "and that's why Crows are the smartest animals on earth". And again you will boost your retention.

And of course as the times goes by and you really found what works and what not you want to outsource at least the editing, thumbnail design and those things.

Firstly, thank you for watching!
So shorts work very similarly to long-form content. CZcams always checks how many likes, comments and subscribers someone gets from a short. If the like / comment / subscriber to view ratio is high then your short will definitely be pushed hard. However keep in mind the retention rate is the most important. So don't put a "please leave a like, comment and subscribe" thing at the end of a short. Maybe you can find something that get's people to like, comment and subscribe to incorporate into your content without the loss of retention...
@AI-Pocalypse How should you match the AI voice over with the movement of your mouse when you are making a long form educational CZcams video? So that the voice over matches with what you are showing in your screen record. Is there any suggestions or do you have any video showing how to do it? Thanks
I'm editing everything in CapCut. It's simply a lot of cutting and either deleting or speeding up parts your clips....

Definitely video's or other images. You mostly use text for the people that watch shorts on mute (and those are a lot).
best thing is to make it straigth to the point and do not over think it.

I have a question. What kind of content do you think would be best to do? You made a lot of types of videos with ai, like worst foods to eat to gain muscle, psychology shorts, these animal facts, etc. But what do you think is the best, the fastest to grow a channel and make the most money??
I definitely think you should focus on shorts if you want to grow a channel as fast as possible. However if you want to make the most money you should focus on long-form content. I'm currently testing out this method on a new CZcams channel (these animal fact type shorts) to see what results I can achieve. After my video with the psychology facts I think so many people are trying that method that sadly I don't think it will work if you copy it exactly. I managed to get 300+ subscribers in 30 days and 130.000+ views (you can check out the results video over here ➡czcams.com/video/5PEBSWGNtQw/video.html). So this did work fairly well for the amount of effort it took.
I would definitely suggest you try out a few methods. I think a good AI generated top 5 / top 10 channel combined with affiliate marketing could make a decent amount of money.

Well drawing videos are not really my expertise 😅. However the most important thing with shorts is always the retention rate. So maybe you could try and make a few shorts that quickly show right at the start the finished drawing so you hook people in and then how you made it. I could see this boosting you retention!

Not really. Personally I don't believe in this strategy. You are simply stealing content... It will work for a little while but ultimately you will get banned.

Nature lens is not my channel, however that channel is monetized. And therefor they are getting paid, however Short Form videos don't do as good as long-form.

For a free video, it shows commercial Rights not availabe, so cant i use them for my video? + It also has a watermark and not removable, and only videos of greenscreen installed at backside is availabe, so the videos are not good to be used for making videos. Can you solve my problem, pls reply!

Well the best way is to make content that has the potential to go viral. There are a few ways to come up with viral content. I would definitely suggest you look at some videos that dive deeper into this topic. And yes the quickest and easiest way to grow subscribers on CZcams is through shorts. However if you really want to make a lot of money you would have to incorporate some long-form content as well.

Well for you first videos I would highly suggest you try to make viral content to build an audience quickly. This is the fastest way to monetization. Making viral videos is definitely not easy. You will need to make a few videos to really get an understanding of what makes a viral topic.
A more beginner friendly way is to closely keep an eye on a few other channels within your niche and see if they are getting a viral content idea. If you act fast (like within a few days) and simply make your own video about that topic you will also get a lot of views guaranteed. However not as many as if you would be the first to make this video of course. This is the difference between a million views (if you are the first) and 100.000 views (if you are the first to copy the same video).
when I add scenes the other video just keeps going till its over and doesn't switch right away why and secondly why is it so smove on your pc and on mine not (I have a good MacBook Pro)
