    In karnataka.. We don't use fennel or sompu.. We use little khuskhus or gasagase with masala powder... And can add kadlekai beeja or groundnut for seasoning.. It gives a crunchy taste.. And very very important.. There is no bisibelebath without GHEE... From bengaluuru.. 😊😊

    Madam i think cardamom need not be added.. and while cooking vegetables normal red chilles to be added and all these have to be cooked in Ghee.. this aides in the dish not making it dry..

    Yummy mam. Tomorrow I will do this. But small doubt
    Should I soak green peas before. If so for how many minutes. Thank you

    • @Subbuskitchenpage
      @Subbuskitchenpage  Před 4 lety

      If you are using fresh green peas, then you don't ned to soak. I would recommend you to use either fresh green peas or frozen green peas available in the market. This doesn't require soaking and will get cooked nicely. But if you intend to use dry peas which we use to make Sundal, then you need to soak it overnight and cook it pressure cooker along with rice/dal.
