I think it is not just age but the lockdowns. They made many of us more sensitive to noise and crowds. I am 68 years old and I can completely relate to what he is saying. My annoyance level and my filter level on my mouth are both much lower now.😄

Why cant people leave their phones in their cars. Why do they take them into stores, barnes and noble, restaurants. It drives me mad. No decorum anymore. I also give the evil eye to those I find annoying. As I get older, that number is growing.

Travelled on the same international train once, same carriage and a few seats away. The train had an intermediate stop from which others would board. A crew member politely pointed out to him that he was sat where 2 travellers were expected from that station. He waved her away and when the train stopped, two ladies travelling together were supposed to sit face to face right where he was. He ignored them completely, even when it was clear he occupied one of their seats. What an entitled arse.
