Lowell was literally not even close to this. I graduated in 19’ and things were way more stressful than they looked
I know two ppl who graduated from Lowell in the 90s. One is now a billionaire and the other works in retail store.
@TEHRAY and those billionaires parents send their kid to the same school as the retail parents did?
So on average they are doing pretty good 👍 👌 🤣🤣
Any idea what happened to both people along the way? Was the billionaires family a lot richer? Or were they both doing around the same financially growing up?
The situation of students is same
everywhere pressure and pressure every where from parents and teachers.
This is some generic, milk toast garbage.
Where you from
As a Lowell grad - class of 2013 this gave me major flashbacks
Literally every other school in the Bay Area hates Lowell and Lowell kids lmao.
Supposed to be one of the best public high schools but how does it compare to the private HS in the city?
Don’t stop posting this indie films , I’m expanding my horizon by watching non Hollywood films
Same here
Is this on Apple TV or Netflix
I'd like to see more Asians in Hollywood productions
Lowell Lore pog
I didnt finish school but i c the difference between regular and advanced
Going to Harvard does not mean you are going to become rich. I know Lyft drivers who went to Harvard.
I don’t think it’s everyone’s goal to get rich just because they want to go to Harvard haha
it is like to say using the same bathroom with whites will not make the color richer, so let the segregation be. We need to be treated equally, not the same outcome.
Employers don’t care about college status, basically.
Well, there's always community college and a life of lower to middle management.
Or a state school that isn’t an ivy lol
@@9doggie12 Big difference between state schools and community colleges. You would know that if you had gone to college.
@@kevinschmidt2210 😐 how would know
@@9doggie12 I "would know" from your lack of grammar skills.
I went to community college and transferred to UC Berkeley. Didn’t even have to take the SATs.
Try Harder😁
Cant all be rocket engineers, someone needs to clean those toilets
How about no more smart phones, no cheetos, and leave the population density alone till it lower to pre-industrialization, so you can go outside and do your business in a hole and no one else need to know about it.
Wake up people
It’s not that dramatic at lowell maybe at a Bay Area private school but not lowell
Stanford made the right decision not to admit these kids.
but who doesn’t? Race does play a role in college admission. Pretending it doesn’t exist is not fair nor honest.
@@understandmeful It's not that she didn't admit the race factor in college admission. She's actually saying that discriminating Asian kids is the right thing to do!
Probably would be depressed being around zero attractive girls
College isn't for girls or boys, it's for learning
Whoever made this movie, have no conception on where the country's sentiment is at on this 'immigrant story'. Minority Suburbanites and their hardships, with the closing credit message "TRY HARDER" in bold yellow color. You have got to be kidding me.
this has to be the worst comment i've ever seen, I mean this entire trailer has flown over your head oh my god
I guess the entire documentary went right over your head ...
the joke is that these schools are indoctrinating Asians (hopeful future dem voters) to believe they're victims. See video at 1:36. The inconvenient truth is that Harvard and the rest of the country club elite schools are already enrolling a disproportional number of Asian students. Harvard has an Asian population over 25% and is climbing every year. The real question is why a State's flagship school is somehow beneath these entitled little brats
I recommend ppl read "the excellent sheep" .. talks exactly about this & what it leads to after
What does it lead to after?
@@jingliang9562 kids get anxious/depressed in college and lose sight on who they are + what they wanna do, they all seem successful on the outside but stressed af and lost on the inside
