Magnus has been with EVERYONE in the fitness community! I love him, he has such a good attitude.
He hasn't been with me! 🙄
Magnus is a typical Norwegian, friendly, respectful and funny.
Missing Jason Blaha
I lifted 150 kg for biceps can you!?
Haven't seen him with Brian Shaw or Cbum yet.. hopefully we see that too
Magnus was too sore for arm wrestling this time around! Sorry guys.
Thanks for showing us huge range of exercises in your chanell !!! Truly Inspirational !!!
Come to Norway and train with him!
no worries it’s awesome you still come so far and have such a range of influencers in your channel awesome work larry !
We can probably Google It though lol😂 legendary
Perhaps he did and destroyed Larry. Lol😂
Bro the fact that he weighs SO MUCH LESS than larry is insane to me. He's a damn strong dude
Yeah he is strong as fuuuck
I lifted 150 kg for biceps can you ???
Looks completely natty as well.
@@captainbiceps-cr4ks I have 150kg biceps, do you?
Yeah he must feel very light on his feet.
Larry is such a genuine guy, great collab with Magnus
I lifted 150 kg for biceps can you;!?
@@captainbiceps-cr4ks No you don't
@@captainbiceps-cr4ksattention seeker 💀
Larry is becoming a monstrous dude.
Him coming to arm wrestling and messing with the grip stuff just completed him as a strength athlete.
Yeah he already had full body strength by deadlifting 940lbs, now he’s even more complete.
Love having Magnus on your channel. Have him go to the gym with you!
I lifted 150 kg for biceps can you!??
@@captainbiceps-cr4ks Yes, easily
@@captainbiceps-cr4ks Stop skipping legday, mr.biceps
I’ve been waiting for this colab for a while!! Cracking content Larry and Adam 💪🏻
You guys vibing so well together in both your videos. Such awesome and positive content.
This is a great video. Just positive energy and a friendly battle. This kind of content makes the fitness world look better 🙂
Larry extremely confident in his grip strength after his intense arm wrestling training. BTW grip strength is one of the most important and undertrained strengths and is one of the few reliable predictors of things such as motor function later in life, preservation of the brain, and even lifespan.
I know that sounds far-fetched, but there's ample literature on it. Larry loves achieving god-tier grip strength man.
Also you can really tell a man's primal power by the thickness of his wrists. A man with thick wrists is extremely strong. Unfortunately, wrist size is nearly impossible to increase and arm wrestling is perhaps the only exercise I've found to actually increase wrist size and density.
@theuncomfortabletruth336 do you mean forearm? Or like your wrist in general?
@@justagamer1870 No I mean the actual wrist bone/tendons/connective tissue. Since there is almost no muscle in the actual wrist area itself, basically the only way to create more density in that area is to put the bone/tendons/connective tissue under consistent and immense pressure over a long period of time. In doing so, eventually (although slowly), the wrist itself can thicken. That's why farmers and armwrestlers have thick wrists. Consistent, high-pressure stress on the wrists over long periods of time.
Forearms are much easier to grow since it's just muscle. Same as anywhere else.
I lifted 150 kg for biceps can you!??
@@captainbiceps-cr4ks Good stuff man, that's real heavy. And no, I definitely can't lol.
Love these collabs!! Love the grip training! Awesome stuff!
Larry and Magnus always make for an entertaining collab. Larry's authenticity and personality really shine through in their videos.
Love the collab with the climbing world. Larry is so chill!
Loving these kind of collabs!
Great collab. Mixing it up is wonderful, two beasts in their fields.
Very strong . This is a great video, love these collabs 💪💪
Love Magnus, dude's a beast
I always tried to tell weightlifters or martial artists who have issues with the grip to rock climb. There's nothing on the earth that gets your hands as strong as fast as rock climbing. And the best part is it doesn't even feel like you're training it's just fun.
Larry is a beast.. Loving these kind of collabs thank u..
Magnus seems so genuine and humble. Great guy, great collab.
Love your channel, and how you explore many directions of grip strength.
That thumbnail is magnificent ! :D Always a pleasure watching two gentlemen doing incredible stuff 👍
Strength efficiency is way more interesting to me than just pure strength. I love the idea of packing as much raw strength and power into as small as a package as possible. Seems like the most healthy and sustainable way of staying fit
I was laughing a lot seeing Larry and even more Magnus trying not to laugh at the beginning of the video 😅
Good guy with polite and gentleman manner
Ha! Two absolute BEASTS! Magnus is such a cool guy and fits perfectly with Larry. These are among my favorites collabs.
Magnus Meatball has to be one of the strongest guys on Earth, pound for pound.
Guy walked in off the street and did an iron cross on real rings in a real gynastics gym. Insanity.
@Delta Lima yeah magnus is a genetic freak for his size
Ah yes, Magnus Meatball 🤌
This should be his name if he ever competed in WWE
Just like Spiderman
It’s crazy how strong Magnus is compared to Larry on certain lifts. It shouldn’t even be possible.
I actually give Larry credit for these cause imo (perhaps wrong) body building seems primarily about the sculpture where other things like arm wrestling or climbing is gonna be super targeted towards specific functional strength...but everyone always expects "the big guy" to win.
Whatever, long rant I know. Lol
@@justingreen6561 Yeah, but Larry has been doing grip and arm wrestling training for years now
@@KaninTuzi hmm, well i guess hes just a bish then, lol. nah...id still say, his years of bodybuilding/sculpting ultimately weren't optimal towards then switching mediums. that schoolboy guy seems like hes done nothing but armwrestling motions since he was born and in my experience in climbing, sometimes that can be a distinction, when you tell your body on day 1/early on, this is the goal. Again, long rant on something not a big deal one way or the other but my 2 cents.
@@justingreen6561 hes literally one of the strongest people p4p on the planet (in his prime). youre making him sound like a bodybuilder
@@nono-zc1hs lol ya ill concede to being wrong. But id still just say, 'strongest' can fall apart real fast when you start to go into specific mediums...I'll stop using Larry and say Devon Larratt??, seems to be an immovable force on arm wrestling but saw him with the big english dude(Eddie??) and he could barely bench a set of 225, which if I recall Larry has done more with one hand?? lol. So ya, thats all my point is.
These videos are relaxing and motivational at the same time :)
One of the most spectacular videos on CZcams, is the one featuring Magnus Midtbø and Alex Honnold.
Yoooo glad to see another upload from BBC Wheels! When are we going to see the collab with @KPFitness? Heard he’s in LA for the month
I would love to see you do a grip strength video with Brian Shaw
That wouldn't be fair, Brian Shaw played for the Lakers. He's not very strong.
Love Magnus his rock climbing skills are sick
Magnus can definitely hang on rolling thunder with one arm that’s wild
This is the most chill grip video ever lol
U becoming a complete unit Larry keep it up 💪🏻
Legend has it that Larry is still totally agreeing to this day
Agree.
Oh yeah 100% 100%
Dude, Magnus is a fucking beast! He's P4P one of the strongest dudes I've ever seen
21:52 "see what my PERSONAL BEST is, my PERSONAL RECORD, excuse me"😂
Great collab!
Larry is delt raising it while Magnus uses his legs 😂
The collab we didnt know we needed!!
Just watched the strength wars movie. Im inspired! Ive never seen someone show so much heart
bro 8:55 when larry goes to help magnus is so funny to me for some reason
good stuff larry
Anyone else notice the smooth unclipping and clipping of handles. Pro level from magnus.
Awesome to see another video on this!
I have to admit I liked Magnus' version of this video a bit better. Camera setup/angles and the general editing! Lack of music. But it's a matter of taste!
11:41 Larry's laugh is still on cycle
Magnus, you are AWESOME my friend, I LOVE your videos!
Both got super hand strength.. Rock climbing for huge finger strength for sure 💪
two of my favorite athletes on the site
I have seen this in magnus’s channel. You were both 🔥🤟🏻
that fucking thumbnail😂
Hahaha😂 larry looks like hes gonna kill him😂
Really wild how with such regular sized arms/physique he can lift this massive pile of metal from the ground! He's not all about the rock climber's grip either. You can have all the grip in the world, but to actually lift that huge thing up high, seemingly effortless like that.. that's some powerlifter strength!
Magnus needs some tips on video titles. This one is spot on!
He's literally Spiderman without the webs
Magnus is a very impressive individual. I've first seen him couple of years back with JuJiMuFu and he has an impressive grip as well as a great overall strength pound per pound. Larry did amazing on grip strength. All those years of deadlifting world records weights with no straps made him also an elite in grip strength. It was great to see them both collaborate together and props to Larry for learning something new such as Rock climbing. I just love how also Larry excel in everything he tries making him an overall complete athlete.
Pound for pound he whooped your ass! 💪🏽👏🏽
So... I see Larry wearing those Travis Scott/Fragment lows. Nice.
Magnus is crazy strong for 150lbs
That thumbnail is fantastic.
Well now I wanna see a battle of the grips between Larry & Yves Gravelle 👀💯
I agree ! Yves did 105kg on the rolling thunder!
Would be fun to see you collab with another Magnus, former worlds strongest man Magnus Samuelsson. He was also the european armwrestling champion in the 90s.
That grip hub strength is insane!
I really liked this video! It's amazing what power a rock climber has! Venerable! Skillful! :)
Larry’s face when he realizes he is going to lose
Would of been interesting to see him armwrestle!
There are a few videos of him arm wrestling on jujimufu’s channel
3 years ago. Search “magnus midtbø arm wrestling”
I lifted 150 kg for biceps can you:;??
@CAPTAIN BICEPS I jus realized you're a bot lol I've seen you in almost every video from this channel😂 May this job of yours bring you success😇
I lifted 1500 kg for biceps can you:;??
You should do some powerlifting with Magnus, would be interresting so see his strengh
16:32 professionell weight plate placement
I was not expecting this
Good job guys
Maybe someday you'll get to try this with Brian Shaw.
Larry Wheels aka the BFG (Big Friendly Giant) 🤜🏻🤛🏽🔥
Not a climber, not a fitness guy. Used to lift a little, I like climbing like monkeys like climbing trees. Bad analogy as they’re way better than me. Suffice to say Larry and magnus are awesome and I’m always happy to see these too.
Larry is a beast
@Larry Wheels when will the PR Lifestyle site be back on? I want to purchase those elbow wraps so badly.
Any collab with Brian Shaw in the future? Awesome to see you try the blob pickup medley.
I don't know what the world record is but i know that Magnus Samuelsson did 129kg/284lbs in a video from late 90s early 00s he say he have done 130+ kg in training too. He also closed a COC #4 several times with both hands with just a few minutes between. Probably best grip strength in recorded history.
just learning about this guy from the recent collab with Larry, seems pretty down to earth and nice. Did he realize who he was up against properly? Larry can do more than this guy;s bodyweight i think.
funny thing is i just learned about larry and was wondering if larry had any idea just how good of a climber magnus was
Larry took steroids for about 11 years and has nearly double the mass of Magnus. Pound for pound magnus certainly wins this competition because he is a very specialised athlete.
@@letterkeys4440 he indeed seems to be pretty bad ass at climbing! i dont know how they found each other i think just from looking for potential or generic collabs now that Larry is back in the states maybe?
Larry, you should really try some armwrestling with Magnus. It would be sooo cool :)
We just need Juji now too 😎💪
This guys a beast
I think Magnus was having a harder time deadlifting some of these weights than he was gripping them lol
Get this guy to the table
Magnus got scandinavian genetics, scandinavians (danes, nors, swedes, iceland people) are strong as HECK naturally, its insane their strenght
These are all exercises you should be adding to your workout routine
too many ppl calling the RGT a rolling thunder. ROLLING GRIP THING, people! Formerly the Rick Roller! RESPECT THE SET.
Edit to add.... Larry's gotta watch that thumb curling up on the side of the roller. Some folks might consider that cheating :P
I like how you put both kg and lbs 👍
I hope you guys can collab again later, and maybe then do some armwrestling too :)
I loved how you destroyed the grip of a professional in the last exercise
Magnus forgot to introduce his youtube channel. He said to subscribe to Larry Wheels in Larry's video😅😅😅
I want to see a video with juji,it would be epic
The fucking best thumbnail I have ever seen
I think I heard that the handle you are using the rolling grip thing is more difficult than the rolling thunder. I just tried the rolling thunder for the first time and got 200lbs so I imagine the rgt is much harder, more spin on the handle
Larry! Yo! Could you two have been any more humble about each other?! That was awesome! Both of you acknowledging the other as pure athletes, unlike the Michale Todds’ of the world. I too have been getting in to not just cross fit training but training across a broad spectrum of sports and it’s crazy how much the definition of strength changes from sport to sport. Out of all the new things you’ve tried beyond Power Lifting, what would you say is the most surprising to you as an athlete where in terms of strength you thought you would be stronger; i.e. when you first started getting into arm wrestling and found out it was a completely different type of strength vs power lifting?
Nice video. That arm wrestling video whould be nice 😊
Just the best picture i ever seen
Would definitely love Brian Shaw to do this with you guys.😂😂😂
Let's see some weighted pullups Larry.
Larry's left arm has left the chat
