We also lost Braden Smith and Jelani Woods for practically the entire season. Alec Pierce will perform better with AR too. Minshew just didn't have the arm strength to take advantage of his deep play ability. We just gotta stay healthy and this offense will be cooking.

Colts also have additions to their roster simply because they were hurt last year that could be big. Evan Hull, Jelani Woods, Dallis Flowers, Daniel Scott, Jake Witt. All these players plus a full draft class could make things interesting.

The offense is looking sooo good, the d line is too, lb are decent, secondary is the only real hole this team has

Someone is going to get injured again . That’s our biggest issue in the secondary. Ballard knows we need ridiculous depth cus these dudes can’t finish a season
Jaylon Jones graded out as one of the top CBs from last years class and did so as a 7th rounder. He actually graded out better than Juju, who most Colt fans are rightly high on. I don't know if I've ever seen a 7th round steal get so hated on before by a majority of the fan base. Fan bias is real.
I'm honestly not all that concerned with CBs. Safety is by far the larger concern.
Alec Pierce is great. He only hasn't lived up to expectations because we haven't had anyone solid to throw him the ball. There are some fans that think Pittmann doesn't live up to expectations too.
Pittman is the MAN! Idk how anyone would think he doesn’t live up to the expectations. Dude has hands and STILL holds on after getting ROCKED
AP was open so much last season, Minshew just didn't look his way or throw to him enough. AP will shine with a good QB.

I’d love to sign Justin Simmons and call it a day. Sill think we need a CB1. But other than that I’m so excited. Our front 7 is locked and loaded. Our running game is going to be insane. And all the weapons AR has to throw to will also be great. Especially with Steichen drawing up plays for them. We haven’t even mentioned Jelani Woods either.
Moore is there, but he’s nickel. Even though Rodger’s got suspended last season I think we should’ve resigned him, he was a dog when he was playing last year. I agree with u I think we need to sign a veteran, help Brent’s and the others develop
@@RealLu6as nickel serves as an extra linebacker a lot of the time. Because you have to take a linebacker out to have a nickel in the game. That’s why it’s important for nickels to be good tacklers. And Kenny is.
@@king_supreme1102 yeah, he’s good in the slot too. Brents is gonna play there probably, but I think he played slot for a couple of years for us, I could be wrong though.

Flowers was never supposed to be our starter. He was only starting because of Rodgers' situation. We still need a cb1. Maybe the guys will step up, but I don't think Flowers is the answer.

The change at head coach is the biggest difference maker now we have a guy in there that knows how to play the game of chess not some nice guy that just wants to be friends nothing against Frank, but he just is not a quality leader when you look at Shane , you see the intensity and the desire to be great Utilizing your talent and maximizing role players to get the best out of them. Pass defense is going to be ugly. Kenny moore is aging fast, Rodney Thomas and Jaylon Jones looked awful last year. Combine that with a linebacker group that can stuff the run but looked more like a liability in the pass game, and the results could get messy if some of the younger players don't have breakout seasons
They had a big miss at CB though..there biggest need when they have CJ Stroud and Trevor Lawrence in thier division and damn near last in pass defense on throws over 15 yards.
Not really a vastly improve pass rush will make our secondary better. And I wait until veteran post draft cut free agency.

The team has done nothing to earn respect. JT is not on his 3rd season after his 1 year wonder and has not even gotten close to that performance. AR5 has done absolutely nothing in the league. O line can go back to shit as we have seen time and time again. Having a lot of sacks will not amount to a good defense or more wins, we had the 28th defense. We still have Gus Bradley as the DC. Jim Bob Cooter is our OC lol. If Latu and Mitchell do well it will be great, if they get hurt or in trouble off the field than this whole draft class would be trash. Steichen is a positive note. We can only hope like we have for the past 15 years, and that is not a good thing. We have to go against Stroud and Lawrence who are way better than AR5, plus the Titans just revamped their team and look good as well. We have a tougher schedule than the 4th easiest we had last year. The teams we play this year are much harder. God help this damn team
