So this game actually follows the rule of Observation duty 5 new reporting system. Mainly is only one anomaly can exists in each room. You won’t see multiple anomalies in one room.

Yeah, the door in Z&Z's room can't open. This was basically confirmed by the developer on twitter by coming out and saying there are 60 anomalies in total (which I have showcased 60 anomalies within the video.)

Your game may also end if there are too many active anomalies, so u wanna be quick but also be observant and careful.
