This is a $200/$300 service in the US. Specially since dealing with high end cars there’s many different materials and specifications are very high. Raise prices.
I think the reason he charges so little is because it’s not really that dirty. $200/$300 jobs are usually on cars that are deep stains, and a really dirty interior👍🏼
you have to charge depending on how dirty it is, regardless of whether it is a supercar or not.

I had a funny one today. I live in a flat, so I go to my local Shell garage to use their jet wash. I have a MK3 Audi TT. This morning I just started washing my car and next in line was a girl in the exact same MK3 Audi TT. She came over to ask how long I’ll be and I told her I’ll be a while 🤣. I finished washing, then got to drying and doing all the detailing on my car. Then she came over again, we got talking, we swapped numbers. Later on in the day we started talking on the phone, she told me where she lives, which is two streets behind me and she’s seen me a few times and told me if I go round there tomorrow to teach her how I detail the car, she’ll cook me dinner 🤣

When i heard tino say £60 my jaw dropped. There a detailers out there charging almost £200 which I think is ridiculous

I actually checked since I thought it was not legal in the Netherlands where I live, but apparently each municipality decides for themselves and it turns out I can legally do it in my city as well. Might actually do that once in a while!

(Thats was when I was 21)
So ofcourse i cleaned them then for some reason a women came up to me and said: "are you allowed to wash these cars?"
And I was like: "yeah this is one of my propreties i bougt for the week"
And she goes like: "is that your car?"
So i reply: "no"
Then she understands and walks away.
Then after some days i got a message of my wife saying to come home early and I did...
But i had one more car left to clean so i said to her "alr i have one more car to clean and im coming home😊😊😊"
And it was a ghost black badge...

How do you make any money charging £60 in London? You run your van, insurance, tax and all the other good things that come with running a business, as well as multiple cleaning products. You have to drive to the job, liaise with the customer, clean the car, then handover the car (probably spending much time getting thanked for the wonderful job!) and then go to the next car clean! If you could fit in 6 of these jobs a day (which I assume would be a 12 hour shift) then you'd still be on poverty money by the time the tax man has the lion's share. Please come to the South West...you're too cheap!
