The GAUL to charge 1.8 million for a home that’s not worth HALF that. Ik NYC is expensive but it’s not that expensive
Thank you for watching. It was listed and sold for $1.18M, not $1.8M. However, NYC is expensive due to it's higher demand.

Thanks for the tour, however the asking price not worth it in that location (South Ozone Park), as well the updated fixtures (bathroom etc) are low budget. My estimate is appropriately $780K, but thanks anyways
Hey Ian, thanks for watching. I completely understand how you feel about New York City prices. However, this property is a multifamily, with 3 legal rentable units. It did in fact sold for full price, so unfortunately it was priced correctly.
