As an I30N owner I do have a huge soft spot for this car. Whilst Golfs are becoming more soulless and boring there are only a select few manufacturers that remember what makes a hot hatch actually hot.
Remember? Renault invented the niche and is constantly putting out new HH models

Fan or not fan, Renault was always the undisputed hot hatch king, megane 3gen rs trophy is the best fw hatch ever, handling, cornering, steering, chassis of that car are even today unmatched by any other fwd car on the market. Would any other company build bonkers cars like clio v6, or 5gt turbo or r26 r or espace f1 or clio 185 trophy or 3rd.trophy r.

COD4TUBE67 ouai j’en ai déjà croisé tkt pas et j’ai même entendu sur un moto pour dire que je l’ai bien entendu et le son d’une golf 7 r est vraiment mieux (après je sais pas si la golf avait changé L’échappement)
Il faut activer le mode sport ou race pour libérer le son, celle que tu as croisé ne l'avais sûrement pas. Et ma moto déchicané si je mets un coup de rupteur on n'entends plus aucun échappement de supercar je peux te l'assurer :)

@@pharaongaming8617 i am talking about engine and gearbox. A110 already has a 250 hp version of the 1.8 but no manual gearbox option sadly.
@@fthyme87 it's the exact same engine, just detuned for the Alpine. There is an A110 S due out soon which will also have the 300bhp.. although there are tuners that could probably squeeze the extra out of the standard A110 and save you a fair chunk.

Love this RS, as soon as I can I'm going to my dealer to normally order one... Just one small detail I do not understand from Renault Sport is the chrome trim at the base of the front and rear windows, those parts should have been gloss black IMO.

How is the handling?
So far there are two track tests of a Trophy against Type R on YT and Trophy won both of them. Both tracks were quite narrow and technical, so it seems like Renault did their chassis magic again.

Is there a GPF on that one ? I have to go tomorrow to my dealer for the very last Trophy 300 available, orange color, FUJI light alloy wheels and leather Recaro seats 48000€... I'm afraid that with the GPF filter the car will not make any good sound with this light pop and bang we could hear in that video. I will not be able to try the car, it's in the show room and I can't even sit inside on it, closed for Covid reason, I have to buy the car (or not) just be seing it in front of me, hard decision to make. regards.
